Production Timeline:
Our standard production time for garments ranges between 7 to 14 days. Upon receipt of your order confirmation via email, you'll find a specified ship-by date. This date denotes the estimated completion of production and dispatch of your order. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been finalised and dispatched.
Shipping Options:
- Royal Mail 48: Approximately a 48-hour delivery service inclusive of tracking.
- Parcelforce 24: Approximately a 24-hour delivery service inclusive of tracking.
- Free Shipping (orders over £100): Around a 4-day service inclusive of tracking.
All our shipping options come with tracking details. Following the dispatch of your order, you'll receive an email from the respective courier containing your tracking information. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 7 am to 7 pm.
Returns:
We strive for your complete satisfaction with your order. Should you have any concerns, please contact sales@laundra.co.uk, and our team will assist you. Given the personalized nature of our productions, we can only accept returns in the event of a manufacturing fault, whether with the garment or its decoration. Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to personalized goods or items made to consumer specifications.
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns related to sizing or color issues. Our items originate from various manufacturers, each with slightly differing sizing. Each product listing features a size chart, and we strongly encourage referencing these before placing your order.
Blank garments are eligible for return in new condition with all labels intact, within 30 days of purchase, either for an exchange or refund. Kindly note that delivery costs will not be included in the refund.
To return your items:
1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
