Returns Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction with your order. Should you have any concerns, please contact our customer support team via customer.support@t-rexworkwear.com, or telephone 01179825777 and our team will assist you. Given the personalized nature of our productions, we can only accept returns in the event of a manufacturing fault, whether with the garment or its decoration. Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to personalized goods or items made to consumer specifications.
Non-Personalised garments (blank garments) are eligible for return in new condition with all labels intact, within 28 days of purchase, either for an exchange or refund.
To return your items:
1. Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

4. If we can’t accept a return
We are unable to accept returns for customized items unless they are faulty. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully design your custom clothing before finalizing your order. Additionally, due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for opened underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery, and swimwear unless there is a fault. However, if these items are returned with hygiene strips and tags intact, and the original packaging remains unopened and unmarked, we can facilitate an exchange or refund.
5. Please note
You have a 28-day window from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, returns can only be accepted if the items are deemed faulty. Any additional charges paid for priority deliveries are based on customer preference and cannot be refunded unless the returned goods are faulty.
